Todd Bruce
Senior Project Manager

Todd graduated from Chico State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. He was awarded a Certificate in Construction Management from U. C. Davis Extension in 2003.

Todd worked at Pacific Gas and Electric from 1981 until 1996 where he worked with an emphasis on utility construction contract management and customer relations and was a major account representative for large water supply customers and Reclamation Districts. 

Todd went to work for the Dutra Group as a project manager in 1999. During his time at Dutra Todd has managed many large projects which have included pile driving, dredging, wharf and dock construction, salt pond rehabilitation and marina construction. 

Some notable projects Todd has contributed management to have been Johnson Pier rehabilitation in San Mateo County, Airport Way Bridge Seismic Retrofit in San Joaquin County, Eden Landing Marsh restoration in Martinez and West Harbor Rehabilitation in San Francisco. 

Todd was the Dutra Groups project manager for the Port of Oakland Vision 2000 projects rehabilitating berths 29, 30, 32, 33, 57, 58, 59.  Todd is an 8 year appointee to the Solano Yolo County Air Resources Hearing Board.
