Purpose: Harbor deepening to fifty feet, material dredging and transport.
Construction Activities:
- Deepen Oalkland I/O Harbor to 50’ to accommodate deep draft container vessels.
- Electric bucket dredging of approximately one million yards of material.
- Transport dredged material to Upland Wetland Restoration site.
