Purpose: Construction of a new marina containing 240 new slips

Construction Activities:

• Demolition and removal of existing marine structures
• Dredging and disposal of 280,000 cubic yards of sediments suitable for open-water disposal
• Construction of 3,500 lineal feet of rock shore slope protection
• Construction of a new haul out pier
• Renovation of an existing wharf into a Travelift pier with floating docks
• Construction of four pile-supported approach piers and gangways
• Construction of a new floating transient moorage dock
• Construction of a new 240 slip marina including furnishing and installing floating docks, guide piling, and utilities.
