Improvement of the Aqualink Landing at Belmont Veteran's Memorial Pier

Purpose: Upgrade existing landing docks to accommodate the Aqualink water taxi service and comply with ADA requirements.
Construction Activities:
- Demolition and removal of existing floats, piles and concrete deck
- Install five new aluminum gangways
- Install four 20 inch and two 24 inch diameter, 50-60 foot long steel pipe piles
- Install two new 20 foot by 52 foot floating docks, related hardware and utilities
- Construct three cast in place concrete access platforms totaling 397 square feet
