Dutra Equipment provides equipment and fabrication support for all of the Dutra companies, for projects expanding from west of the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Rim. The division has manned water-accessible maintenance yards and an extensive field service group that performs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, machining and other major repairs on both land and marine equipment in the field and the shop. This mobile group is on call 24/7, to deploy for quick response on emergency work. Dutra Equipment's flexibility and personnel expertise results in minimal equipment downtime.

Dutra Fabrication complements the strength and scope of the Dutra Equipment team offering high quality steel fabrication directly to the Dutra Group's valued customers through its Rio Vista facility. The fabrication shop's unique waterside location gives its customer base transportation options, either by barge or land. The shop is complete with multiple support cranes for managing large equipment and steel projects. Dutra Fabrication has the equipment, tools and skilled personnel necessary to meet its customer's needs.

Manned water-side facilities include:
Rio Vista, CA Yard -- a fifty-acre facility with support cranes and an ample shop for service work at both facilities, adjacent to ship channel
Alameda, CA Yard -- a 5-acre facility with shop space and dock space along its 700 foot sheetpile bulkhead for barge repair and mobilization of marine equipment
Other equipment and repair locations:
San Rafael, Petaluma and Richmond, CA Yards -- dedicated to supporting construction projects and rock quarrying efforts including drilling, blasting, crushing, screening and barge load-out equipment.
